Greyed out documents after migration

If you find your documents appearing grey after the recent update, we’ve identified and resolved the issue. Follow these simple steps to regain access:

  1. Update the App: Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed
  2. Open Folio: Launch the updated app.
  3. Click Reactivate Link: Visit https://folio.id/rp/reactivate on your mobile device to reactivate your documents.
